rules for good submission with BMD?

Hello

I am new to social bookmarking submission and also bookmarking demon software and I have a few questions. What would be the rules for a good submission to BDM.

For ex.
- how many submission are ok for one account? 3-4, more?
- can I bookmark non-english sites?
- Rss camouflage is necessary if i submit only the main domains of different sites? or just if I want to submit every page of a site?

If you have other advices, are more than welcomed.

i just know that you can bookmark anything
non English bookmarking can create problem but not severe
