Rule to stop some users from hiding their profile

I thought this will be cool ,to have since some scammers are taking advantage of this rule,

The fact that their profiles cannot be check means that ,they can't be tracked in the most basic way,
Alot of users would just want to make a quick check ,but the blocking of profiles prevent such checks,

I felt this needs to be considered, especially for anyone posting on responding on a want to buy thread or having a market place thread,
Just my thoughts,in preventing scammers from operations due to certain features available to them

You can easily check the posts and threads of someone even with the profile being hidden.

For posts you just hover their profile image > click the messages number
For threads:

Where <UID> is their UID. For example my link is:
https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/grudge.1216397/So my UID would be 1216397

Not a bad idea, although I'm a big fan of privacy personally. Maybe we could do it just for people that have active sales threads or something... I'll leave this open for a bit as this is interesting.

Essentially we're about choice for both the buyers and sellers.
