Rule Clarification - Harassment and Thread Hijacking

I just want to be clear, as my recent reports have been denied and I have been told just to ignore people harassing me and sharing my copyright content on the forum without my authorization.

Are we allowed to straight up harass other members of the forum and hijack other peoples threads for the sole purpose of harassment, including sexual harassment?

My feedback would be that allowing members to sexually harass other members and hijack other peoples threads for the sole purpose of sexual harassment, is probably not something that positively contributes to the forum, and takes very little effort to stop from happening.

One relevant rule: 3.7 Engaging in content that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.

Well, considering that the members harassed me, a male, and not the female who started the thread in question, it would seem they are targeting me based on my gender, or possibly sexual orientation, because I refuse to have sex with them, possibly.

"No Thread Hijacking" is listed under the Forum Etiquette thread, but is it not a rule? Strictly up to Mods discretion?

I'm not looking for a "safe space" or such, I just don't understand why the forum would intentionally allow members to be sexually harassed and threads to be hijacked solely for the purpose of sexual harassing another member.

...it's much easier to block people and ignore thin gf s that don't interest you then to make a big deal about them. I understand pride gets in the way, but you also make things more difficult for yourself in the long run.

They literally took sexual photographs of me and spread them on BlackHatWorld. They made sexual comments pretending to be me while spreading my photos. They made derogatory statements about me in sexual ways. You don't think that is sexual harassment? Ignoring people doesn't stop it from happening. It damages my reputation. It violates my copyright. Even if I ignore them, I will still see other members reacting to their posts.

If you don't care about your reputation, that's your thing. I do care, and I plan to continue caring. Most respectable and successful people in the world care what others think. People who don't care are generally called sociopaths. It's anti-social to not care what other members of society think of you.

I think members harassing me and making sexual comments at me and while pretending to be me is going to cause difficulties for me in the long run. If I can't even provide other members advice without other JR VIP members coming in and sexually harassing me, that damages my reputation. It completely derailed the thread I took part in, and it caused the member who started the thread frustration.

I make porn fetish videos for Pornhub. 2 JR VIP members stalked me, found my Pornhub profile, watched several of my porn videos, and then returned to BlackHatWorld to sexually harrass me and post my sexual photos. My only assumption is that @Neon and @Blain Cooper were upset that I didn't want to have sexual intercourse with them, because I am a heterosexual male, and they came for revenge.

I mean, it's pretty clear what my issue is. I want to know if this type of harassing behavior, where members literally stalk me and sexually harass me, is acceptable.

The posts where the members are pretending to be me, describing my porn videos in graphic detail (which means they literally went and watched my porn videos for the sole purpose of coming to the forums to harass me) derailing the thread they were posted in, are still live. They aren't adding anything positive to the forum. Their entire purpose for posting is to sexually harass me.

I just want a reasonable explanation of why the posts wouldn't be deleted. The only conclusion I can draw is that it is completely acceptable to stalk members outside of BlackHatWorld, and hijack other peoples threads for the sole purpose of sexually harassing other members. I would imagine if I did that to you, my account would be gone within minutes. But here we are.

If they are pretending to be you here that means your account needs to have the password changed and 2 factor implemented.

What goes on outside of BHW is not something we control so if you are being stalked outside of BHW (I had someone once threaten one of my children due to some actions here and handled it outside the forum - I'm not nice when that sort of thing happens) there is nothing we can do.

Report the posts in question and I'll look them over and give you an explanation but to be able to give you a blanket answer without seeing the individual posts that is not something I'm capable of doing.

I'll also need to see the posts where you are being sexually harassed so please report those also.

The OP reported 3 posts.

2 were considered no big deal by the staff as there was no proof of harassment/copyright infringement/hijacking/ or anything else outside of the ToS so they were rejected with an explanation.

1 was deleted as it was out of line.

The copyright image he complained about was deleted the other day even though we have no proof of it being a copyrighted image. I did that to keep the peace.

The link to his porn site was deleted as that is not permitted on BHW.

I've seen no reports of sexual harassment but had there been proof of that it would have been dealt with as that is not permitted.

Hijacking threads is not allowed on BHW but looking at the thread in question I didn't see anything of that nature. It is a discussion thread and there were all sorts of comments in there but that can be the nature of a discussion thread. Also, the thread was not initiated by the OP and the OP of that thread had no complaints that I saw and I did take some time to look and found none.

Harassment of members is not permitted either but I really didn't see anything along those lines in that thread nor in the posts reported by the OP. Should the staff see harassment we are surely not going to allow that. Again though, should it happen off the forum there is nothing we will do 99.9% of the time as we do not oversee the internet, just our corner of it here at BHW.

I don't know if I have the ability to do this, nor would I bother, but if a member is not someone you want to interact with you can put them on ignore. It's free!
