I tried to buy Fb Ads account from Rufino *Removed last name*.
His skype: "rufinollc"
His email: rufinollc84 gmail
His friend address email: *Removed* - This SL is against rufinollc - Not his friend - OS

proofs

after that he blocked me. I paid him 755 euro (~800$).

I agree that this guy paid me the amount, however i felt that he was too suspicious, and moreover i see that may be he used hacked account.

However, no issue. i will refund to the same account which he sent the money of 320$, and i will inform old salt.

I dont have interest in dealing with suspicious person as well. Allow me 4-5 Days, to upload funds into my skrill through wire, and i will refund it back. No issue.

You received payment from apek11 on March 3rd, felt it was suspicious so you didn't deliver the account... so exactly why didn't you refund the payment right then and there and be done with this long before he could consider shitlisting you? It's now been 18 days and after being shitlisted for it, you say it's "no issue"?

Yea, it is an issue but I will give you the 4-5 days to resolve this issue.

I sent you 480 USD and 280 EURO... My account isn't hacked. Before that I sent money to his friend paypal, from same email address but he refunded and asked me to pay using Skrill.

This rufino guy scammed me also for 400 USD... I will post a new thread with screenshots if he doesnt reply to my pms in 1 day

Rufinollc, you've got 24 hours to refund apek11 if you want to keep your account.

Sixlibra, don't create a new thread, just add it here... but if he doesn't refund apek11, in 24 hours your case will be moot - because he will already be banned.
