rude.com payment question...

i made a revup card, so rude can send me my money.. the card arrived today but i have one problem. it says that i must first activate the card and then register to the revup site. it says that " my revup card will be activated when my employer loads funds onto the card for the first time.In the rude payment details page it says i must enter my revup id but i cannot make one because my card isn't activated. what should i do? should i enter my email that i registered my revup card in the payment details page? i tried to ask danny but he is respondong very slow and today is 29th and they pay on 30. i don't wanna wait 15 more days
