Hi there, I am a Ruby on rails developer and also a internet marketer. Worked on a few project here and there, currently have 2 projects completely automated and making money, and a few other either not making money or half way done. But 2 projects isn't making a lot of money(life changing money), i don't see it very sustainable as the nature of the niche. 1 of is an automated Adult site that would automatically scrape adult video, revenue still growing but i"m hands off at the moment, as u all know google hate duplicate or scraped content, not sure how long it will last, 2nd project is a SMM, making money selling social media signal like followers, likes, also complete automated, but i'm seeing major decline in here due to crackdown of Social media.
Lastly i have another project that i launch here in BHW as well, SERP tracking saas(serpfresh.com). It isn't making money, i guess because i didnt really do much marketing yet, because i kinda lost motivation on it, the development of it took me quite some time, once i reach the finish line of launching the MVP, my motivation kinda drained, also reason like it's a competitive market with tons of players, many of them are have bigger team and well funded than me. Although i try to differentiate myself with some feature, i believe it's an uphill battle.
So for that reason, i'm looking for an idea to work on. I can do Ruby On rails, i am really good at web scraping, i also can do marketing. I see myself as a MarTech, That's why i was able to identify some market and make money with it. For your end in terms of value u can bring to the table, your ideas, perhaps you might have superior marketing strategy, or u can provide resources/infrastructure or you have some strategic partnership, or you have so serious knowledge in certain industry that needs to be automated.
Here are some of the ideas i'm looking into, i am looking for something game changing, long term, sustainable
web Saas - I love the idea subscription software, predictive revenue.
Shopify apps - Solving the problem in eCommerce dropshipping world.
content aggregation site - monetize through ads or affiliate(amazon affiliate or something) or even membership
Mobile apps - i made some money here before when there was a vacuum in apps store(Instagram like 4 like apps) before all the apps were purge out, i know u can make insane money in apps store but the barrier of entry is getting higher and higher(it is a winner take all economy) , wouldn't say I'm expert in swift, but i do have some experience working with swift, if it require even more technically challenge on the client side, i can always do the back-end and i can get my friend to join in to do swift.
Google Chrome Extension - I believe there is a lot opportunity here, heard a lot of people are making a killing here
AUTOMATED SEO processes - PBN automation? what are some of the pains u face as a PBN seller? VA expensive? maybe we can automate that?

-Some clickbank bullshit get rich quick with crappy old scammy landing page
-Selling course
-Adult video niche(already have 1), ewhoring, scamming old creepy pervy dude to unlock cpa
-scamming people
-Anything that doesn't give value or solve problem in society or causing harm to people(Not trying to say I'm a saint, either it's not sustainable or I don't think i can sleep with it)
-Building apps for other people(software Agency model), i worked on several projects through friends introduction before, it really isn't fulfilling, feel like u are building dreams for other people instead of your own.
