Can anyone tell me if it possible to create a rss feed of someone elses tweets and then use that feed to create tweets on your own page...

All profile pages have a rss feed. I would imagine that this could be put into twitterfeed and be posted to your own feeds.

the only thing with doing that is that the person whos timeline you are using to feed your timeline is that their name is also so tweeted with their posts...so people will know that the tweet's are not yours.. so uhave to prefix the rss in twitter feed with "your name" and "and"
