rss to email with full extraction for free?

I want to extract full rss feeds and then send them to an email inbox. Can this be done for free? if this than that doesn't seem to have a recipe for that... help?

so what i do now is I use feedenlarger put in an rss and pull the enlarged feed into a blog with a plugin. I am pulling to many feeds and putting too much load on my vps... hosting has not complained yet but they will...

On the same blog I pull content in with postie. I rather just enlarge the rss and send to email but the rss to email on if this than that won't read the feed enlarger feeds...it says its not valid.
