I'm currently using RSS Submit and it looks promising. I was just curious if I needed to submit several times throughout the week or not. I know RSS feeds usually update themselves, but does resubmitting feeds affect anything?
no you only submit each rss feed once. just out of curiosity, how is Rss submit working for you? how many directories are you succesfully submitting to?
