RSS Submission, how often?

I have an active forum sites that get fresh topics everyday. Is it recommended to submit my forum's rss feed to rss directories everyday?

I do it whenever I have new content that I want indexed, it works out very well and gets indexed in less than a minute. So at least once a day, just not too many times, they'll consider it spam and ban you.

I need to learn more about RSS but do you not submit once and ping the same feeds?

Also I know you can do some tricks with RSS Mix to create new RSS feeds to submit. Not sure how white hat this is I guess it depends on the content and not going too mental

I think I heard someone say it helps to submit them a few more times, it might have been some ebook or not. It doesn't sound reasonable anyway.

Anyway, you definitely shouldn't submit them every day so your content will get indexed! Pinging takes care of that! Or better yet a high craw frequency that's a consequence of your site's high authority.

Every day? All you do is ask for a lot of trouble. Well, trouble anyway.
