RSS "ring"?

Assuming you are building an authority blog network of 5 blogs, in the end therefore, your 1st blog (WordPress) will have an RSS feed for your 5th blog (Weebly), the 2nd blog (Squidoo) will have an RSS feed for your 1st blog(WordPress), the 3rd (Blogger) will have an RSS feed to your 2nd blog (Squidoo), etc.

This excerpt is from en eBook I recently read. How does it work? Is it saying to upload multiple RSS feeds to your web 2.0 properties so you have 2 feeds intead of one and readers can subscribe to both?

Can anyone help me on this?

I think this has something to do with feed redirection, but I'm not really sure...
