RSS Feed to multiple rotating twitter accounts?

Are there any tools or software or anything which takes an rss feed and feeds it to your twitter accounts but posts to a random twitter account you provide each time?

say i have an rss, and i have 5 twitter accounts.. I need it to wait for an rss update, when the rss updates, post the content to twitter account 3, then repeat only next time it would post to twitter account 1 etc..

is there such a thing?

I'm trying to do a very similar thing with ifttt (If this then that). You'll have to google it where I can't post links. There are plenty of recipes on there but I can't find one that posts the image too.

As Omegapoint says, IFTTT (if this then that) fetches the image from your rss feed/wordpress post featured image, and uploads it on twitter and auto adds links & hash-tags within the image. My question would be if I retweet this posts with all my other twitter accounts the same time, will they get banned or not..
