RSS Content into WP Post?

I have a popular Autoblog plug-in, but for the blog i'm working on now- it's posting mostly out of date content.
This blog needs to have very fresh info fed into it.
I also don't want each post to just be a headline that links to the feeds sites, I want to post the actual content under the headline.
Not worried about ranking penalty for duplicate content whatsoever.
