    I just looked through the entire page source for the link you provided and didn't see one mention of an rss feed.

    I don't know what programming language you're using, but presumably there's some way to get the HTML source code of the URL that you're requesting, and what you want to look for in the source is something like this:

    Code:
    <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="title of the feed" href="the feed URL" />

    You then need to parse out the feed URL, which you can do with regex.

    You didn't say what you wanted to do with the RSS (do you need it for multiple sites?) If you want a simple autodetection bookmarklet that checks if there's a feed, you can try this:

    Code:
    http://savanttools.com/feedhelp-bookmarklet.asp
    Runs on:
    Code:
    http://www.feed2js.org/

    If Joomla was used, then there's no default feed url, and if the site owner has chosen not to export any content as an RSS feed (which would need to be done by creating a "Syndicate" module in Joomla for the chosen category or section of the site), then you can't do what you're trying to do. However, you can use an application such as Dapper that will allow you to create RSS feeds from content that may not be syndicated.

    Code:
    http://www.dapper.net/open/
