With a rss feed, when you submit it to rss feed sites. Does that give you a backlink for every post you do that has a anchor text or url? Does it only generate traffic? If say I have a blog that has a anchor text for a keyword within each post. Should I add another anchor text keyword in the post feed header? Any help would be greatly appropriated. Thanks guys

sorry, I'm just trying to understand the seo benefits of rss feeds. If I send out my rss feed from my blog to places that store rss feeds. I will get backlinks and traffic? Will I get backlinks for each blog post that has the anchor text keyword to? Or Just generate traffic?
