I wanted to sign up my second youtube account on rpm network. It has over 6.000 views now and its 2 Days old.
But I always get this message:
Thanks so much for applying! Love what you're doing but your channel does not qualify to join our network at this time. Some of the possible reasons are:
Low Viewership
Copyright Issues
Strikes
