RoyalOffShore Not Delivering what was offered.

Purchased a movie streaming site from RoyalOffshore in May(Roughly 14th)

• Emperor websites come with a licensed dooPlay theme (which i paid), $60+ value even when you buy discounted. The others you need to pay for a license and you have everything functional but can not add movies.
• The higher plan websites have a bulletproof domain, in most cases that is 15 EURO domain from Njal.la
• Hosting is paid for a year, usually around $10 month value for something slower than this (offshore).
• All moves are from OK.ru for people worried about DMCA, however, we can add latest movies free from our sources after you purchase.

The Emperor ($250) level package comes with:

• 1 Bulletproof Domain from Njal.la (Piratebay Owners) for these who want long term business
• Hosting for all domains on a offshore dedicated server in Russia
• Setting up advertisements from my side if you can not setup yourself
• Posting latest movies once the website is purchased if you leave a review
• Perks such as VPN (when price not negotiated) and upgrades to your website 1 per month
• Removing non-working videos and adding working & latest videos 1 per month

movie sites not updated like stated
vpn length not given like stated (had to ask and then only given 60 days)
removing non-working videos and adding working & latest videos 1 per month not done like stated
3000+ english movies werent given

3000+ english videos told to be given
500+ french videos told to be given
83 are duplicate movies
total received(duplicates removed) 2517 english
told royaloffshore to not upload french movies

sent email on wednesday about my concerns, was active on BHW on friday(my time), sent Shitlist notification on saturday.

Requested refund/part refund. Heard nothing since.

Accused, you have 48 hours to respond to this shit list thread.
