they'd be software specific though i guess, unless you made one for a odds application that wasn't room speicific, then just read the value from that and did the moves based on that!

About 3 or 4 years ago, I used a poker bot called PokerBot+ along with a program called "Online Hold'em Inspector".

PokerBot+ is just a program that automates the betting at several different poker sites based on the recommendations by Online Hold'em Inspector.

Online Hold'em Inspector is a program that makes recommendations based on very highly customizable betting profiles. Basically, there are a bunch of people on the forums who develop betting strategies and test them at different levels of play with some tracking software, constantly tweaking and testing. I used profiles from a guy called Jester who had some good profiles for low limit poker.

Pretty much, I would load up my bot with 4 tables on low limits, and leave it over night playing all 4 tables. In the morning, I had sometimes lost my whole stack at 1 or 2 tables, but overall, I got pretty close to even, maybe a little bit of profit.

I don't know if first deposit bonuses are still as good as they used to be, but for about a month or so, I was just signing up at every poker site I could find, and cashing in on the first the deposit bonuses (which don't get released until you play a certain amount). Until I ran out of poker sites to join, I was making several hundred dollars/week just for leaving my bots on poker

I pretty much stopped when I had used up all of the first deposit bonuses, but I'm sure it would be possible to get another account somehow.

Now this makes sense! There's no such thing as a roulette bot that will have a positive ROI in the longrun, but if you use first time deposit bonuses at casinos, I think you could make some money!
