Is a rotating residential IP ok to use for Facebook ads and cloaking? Or do I need a static one?

It should be fine, but bear in mind some IP providers are already flagged by Facebook so make sure you do your due diligence

And what kind of due diligence should I be doing? Not like i will know if the ip's are flagged until I test it out myself right?
