Rotating Proxies

Hey,

I bought rotating proxies from blazing host and from stormproxies.
BP allows unlimited proxies, but a 10 minute rotation wait time.
SP allows limited threads, but unlimited rotations.

I need this service: "With every HTTP request you will get new random IP from a proxy pool of 70,000 proxy IPs."

I need a service which allows rotations on each http request, just like SP does, but not as expensive.
Is there any hope?
