Rotating private proxies

So I decided to start a trial with a rotating private proxy account, so far all has been okay... but are there rotating private proxies that don't require you to close down your browser every time it's due to rotate? I actually do need the ability to rotate often (even as quick as up to every 30 minutes), but it's a PITA to close down every time.
