Rotating ebay acounts

Good day all!
I want to create few more accounts on ebay.. so i have few questions:

If I create the accounts and link it to the same paypal - will that work?

and if I open let's say two paypals - can I have it on my name as well?

Once I had my paypal blocked for two weeks, but after providing my driving license and water bill the funds were released and I had unlimited access for funds to be credited.

So if I ll create a new pp and connect it to a different credit card and when the time will come to increase my limits - what happens then? or as another choice - I can register on a different person?

to cut the story short I just want to know how to have few accounts on ebay...

I would not advise you to do that. Because they will link both your e8ay accounts will the pay pal and suspend your e8ay account.

you will also want to verify your PP account, otherwise your limits will be low. I saw someone do two PP and talk to PP saying they have two separate businesses. Not sure how far you can take that.
there are people on here who will help you use other methods to verify your PP

do not link the same paypal to multiple ebay accounts.

You do know that they are owned by same people? So they have systems in place to detect such things---

yes I read that bay owns pp.
somehow I have the feeling that connection of new bay a/c to existing pp wont do.
I have already passed verification with pp when they limited my account.
So the problem is how to have another paypal (and new bay a/c) if all my credit cards are on my name...

If you make a new ebay account always make a new paypal account with it. All the info has to different than your previous accounts. DO NOT MATCH ANY INFO FROM YOUR PREVIOUS ACCOUNTS! Make sure you make it on a different ip address too and I always make a new user profile in windows for each account.
