Rotating / Changing Private Proxies

BHW Members,
I am currently experimenting with something which involves burning through quite a lot of IP's in quite a short time - it's totally legitimate, and no, not mailing, just using a service which blocks IP's quickly and using automated tools. The only issue is that quite a lot of currently existing IP addresses are already blocked by the service, so I need to locate a proxy supplier which allows for new IP allocation pretty much as and when needed (or at minimum, IP replacement every few minutes for a large number of IP's).

I have tried to use a VPN, but, as I said, the IP's are banned quite quickly and stay banned for a long period of time (at least a few days), so I need a service which provides BRAND NEW IP's frequently!

However, considering I do not require such a vast number of IP's (although I require a lot, 100 every 10 minutes is probably at least 4x too many, I would require at most 10/20 every 10 minutes), I am unwilling to spend such a vast amount of money on relatively untapped resources.

Does anyone know of any proxy suppliers who would cater for an issue such as this?

try hidemyass I can convert their page in server : port format. their are updating list almost every minut or so. I could get all their proxy servers but this script give only top 50 working proxy..

Thank you for the suggestion, but I require private or at the minimum shared proxies!
I'm happy to pay though, and money isn't that much of an issue I just don't want to be shedding out $250/week on a service I'm only going to be using $80/week of!

with hide my ass you can have that option,in the hidemyass software you should select change ip according to time you select.it will change ip based on time settings you do

try hidemyass it is best .with $11 per month you get many countries ips and you can rotate them by changing settings

If you want 10,000 IPs...and burn them, then move on, then no one want to do business with you. IPv4 IPs are getting more expensive now than before.

They are not 'burned', I just 'burn through' a lot of then, it's an expression.
I should have phrased the first post better, what I am doing does not do any damage to the IP addresses, they are not blacklisted or anything.
