I've searched everywhere, even on Bing! Looking for 3G/4G proxies but can't find any provider who offers this.

You try buying regular reverse proxies and inputting the IP they give you as a proxy on your mobile device?

or...Run bluestacks on multiple vps make sure vps has residential ip?

Yes, and those IPs don't work.

Absolutely not, it must be 3G or 4G IPs.
