Rotate proxy+ submit email from my spread sheet script. ??

Hi,

I have about 10k list I would like to get into my aweber account. I have no way of showing where those leads originated.

So can we make a script that :

Rotates proxies
takes one email address + name from spreadsheet and submits to my optin page

then rotates a new proxy
and submits new email + name

Could someone do that and how much would you charge.

If you supply the proxy list in some format that can be automatically fed into a PHP script, I can get this done for you with cURL and PHP. Send me a message. I'm a new member so I understand the trust issues here, I'll provide the files first on my own hosting.
