Rootkit / Spyware that disables internet ?

So my computer doesn't have internet anymore, well it does now but when it does its SLOW and PC shuts down ..

How do i fix this new hack scam virus spyware ? Anyone with some knowledge or willing to help ?

Run a System Restore. It might work. It's the easiest 1st response.

Might be something (likely for a rootkit) installed as a "driver" in that case you're probably better off formatting the whole thing from the sound of it because even if there are ways to check for hints, it's a often a tricky and painfully meticulous process. HTH.
