I'm sorry if this is a dumb question: are any CPA offers actually real, or are they all blackhat? Does anyone actually win Amazon vouchers/iPhones/food hampers/cosmetic boxes etc etc? Or is everything fake? Thanks

There is blackhat and real ones. You need to examine reviews.

Thank you. So how safe (meaning non-blackhat) are you likely to be going with the main networks (OGADS, CPAGrip MaxBounty etc)? I had previously assumed their offers were legit, but now I'm not so sure.

its weird. they are allowed to post ads that are scams, yet we are not allowed to use blackhat to promote those scams. lol, the scams all want legitimate advertising. yet they are not legit. nothing is fair when it comes to money.
