robot.txts Killing my ranking

Hello everyone please I need your help

Seems on one of the days I was drunk I tampered with my robots.txt.

so I added disallow Disallow: / which stopped robots from crawling all my pages, I didn't notice early until after like 2 weeks when my rankings started dropping badly and fastly, I checked and found it, now I've removed it from my robots.txt with the help of my Yoast plugin, now the problem is from my Webmaster console what's still being displayed there is the former one that was blocking crawlers

simple pass this one it will allow all search engines

Disallow:

I've tried it, changed and updated many times but visiting the robots.txt link shows the last one which disallows bots

after update do fetch as webmaster if you have it will be propagated soon
