i have only 3 pages in my website, and it's static website,
i don't want to disallow anything from google or search engine, is robot.txt important for my website ?

Not a huge deal... but it is a generally simple file to set up.

Try this:

User-agent: *
Disallow:
Sitemap: https://www.example.com/sitemap.xml
