roboform not filling forms

I downloaded roboform from BHW in JUNE ( i reinstalled old version of firefox)
and didnt used it since then prior to that i had downloaded it from the website itself
But now when i was about to use it.
it gives error
"...free version of roboform allows you to store upto 0 identities...."
and you have 2 identities...
even with one identity i get error and does not fill forms

how do i get rid of this

I uninstalled roboform
removed everything i can from comp
and then searched roboform in registry and deleted everything
after that i once again downloaded the free version from roboform site and same problem exists

i am not able to use it anymore..

pls suggest what should i do...

I had upgraded to newer version of firefox but had some problem using roboform so uninstalled new version and got old version of firefox
thats when in JUNE i reinstalled roboform
my current version of firefox is ... 3.0.19

any help is appreciated..
