Hey everyone,

I've recently launched a project called https://meonstickers.com, and I could really use your honest feedback.

What We Do:
  • Custom Sticker Sheets: Users upload a photo of themselves or someone else.
  • Choose a Theme: Right now, we've got two themes: superheroes and princesses. We're working on adding more like sports, love, wizards, manga, etc.
  • AI Generation: Using Stable Diffusion and ComfyUI, our AI creates a 15cm x 15cm sticker sheet with 10 unique stickers based on the photo and theme.
  • Quality Check: I manually review each sticker sheet to make sure it looks good.
  • Print & Ship: The sticker sheet costs $9.99 (+ shipping). We use Shopify for e-commerce and Printful for printing. You'll get your stickers a few days after ordering.
Where I'm Struggling:
I've been trying to get customers through Instagram Ads and Google Ads, but things are moving pretty slowly (spend $100 got 0 order). I'm starting to wonder if I'm missing something.

I Need Your Help:
  • What do you think of this idea? Is it worthwhile, or is there something fundamentally off?
  • Any suggestions on how to reach more people? Maybe there are better marketing channels or strategies I haven't considered.
  • Is this project viable? I'd appreciate any thoughts on whether this has potential or if I should stop.
I'm feeling a bit stuck and would love to hear your honest opinions—even if they're tough to hear. Please don't hold back!

Thanks so much in advance!

Is the idea good or bad?

Promoting it is... One big mystery.

For sure stickers can be sold.

But how to sell them?

This is something that I wouldn't be able to answer in an hour.

Product presentation needs major improvement.

As well as the whole idea doesn't give any wow effect.

Refine it 10 times.

Yes, you are missing settings of your ads and you're doing too many ads at the same time.

Simply do something that can't fail.

Think what phrase describes your project.
Use that phrase and related phrases.

If you can't find that phrase, you need to start over again with finding a product that people actually want.

Pricing is too high. I want to buy 3 stickers only and with very precisely chosen design.

I can't see any value in it* - other than "fun project to explore" for creators and entrepreneurs.

I would create it as a program for kids / an app and from there they'd be able to make an order. From an app. And maybe it'd connect it with a mobile game.

It sounds like a sub-idea, not core idea. It's not big enough.

One last thing, marketplace for this is called "Etsy".

I think "posters" are a better idea. But a good poster, as well as a tshirt with AI will require good art composition.

Go fully in! Don't leave any type of thing undone. All merch possible. Pack them with stuff.

Thanks a lot for your response; it's really nice of you to take the time to provide such a detailed answer.

I'll focus on the following points:

- Improving the product page
- Enhancing the "wow" effect as much as possible
- Focusing on my Instagram campaign since it seems to perform better
- Implementing upsells (e.g., buy one, get the second at 50% off or something similar) to make the price more appealing
- Possibly adding other products (t-shirt, poster, mugs)
- Opening an Etsy shop in parallel with 1 product to see if I can bring traffic more easily on it

I was hoping someone might suggest a shortcut for low-cost customer acquisition. I realize that there is probably no such things

Thanks again for your valuable feedback!
