Hello guys, I am a 20 years old guy that wants to achieve the most he can during his life time.

I've always wanted to make money, I've also felt like I gotta do something, I grew up with nothing, my mom struggled a lot, my dad was an alcoholic, he was there but he made it worse, they got divorced when I was 17 and I continued living with my mom and 2 sisters, . I started working ever since I was in high school, about 17 years old because my mom couldn't afford it, worked on minimal wage and having 3 minor kids there was nothing she could've done but her best which wasn't not even close to enough, worked as a waiter for 2 years or so, and then I started working in a call center for about 1 year and a half, it made me realize I hated it, it ripped out my soul, every day I was thinking I have to go through that shit again and again, I watched a video that made me realize I have to quit because I wasn't happy, as of now I still have to work a few more weeks post-demission, however it was the best thing I did so far, here is my plan:

I will do everything possible to become successful, I've been smoking cigarettes' and weed for the past 3 years, weed almost everyday, I wasn't addicted, because I had self discipline from going to gym and keeping my alimentation on point, until everything has been closed due to covid and I had no other way to release my stress but to get my dopamine from smoking weed, I was going to work thinking that at the end of it I can just smoke that freaking joint is what made me go through it. I started realizing I'm doing worse by not having the motivation to do anything else but to waste my time on useless things, after I quit my job, I decided I have to change some things about me as well, here is how it goes so far, I made myself a promise that the next day I will remove all the bad things in my life and I will do everything I can to succeed no matter how hard it is and so I did, next day I came with a plan:

-I quit smoking weed and cigarettes in a day, I said I'll quit them next day and I did, I don't even feel the need of them because my day is so full that I don't have time to think about it.
-Sleep for 8 hours, waking up, not checking my phone for the first hour, I have to start doing minor tasks, making my bed, washing the dishes, wash my clothes, clean my room, everything I wasn't doing then, I'm doing now to build my self discipline
-Eat regularly, good food to keep me energized, the fact that I went to gym makes it easier
-Meditation, I started working on my anxiety, stress and depression, I make sure I'm meditating every day at lease 20 minutes, I realized that the first think I need to fix before getting started is my mind.
-Reading, I make sure I'm readying everyday, my goal is at least 30 pages
-Cold showers, I committed myself into taking 2 cold showers a day, one in the afternoon and one before going to bed, it helps me move forward with it, because whenever I have to do something hard that I don't wanna do, I just take a second to reflect, nothing is as bad as taking that freaking cold shower at night, when everything you want is hot water over your body, that's the moment when my mind wants to quit every single time but I'm just throwing cold water all over me, I'm the freaking boss and I do whatever I want, not to say that I feel great after.
-Gratitude, the first thing I do is, I'm being grateful for certain things.
-Education, I'm educating myself as much as possible about money, but also self development which I think is as important as learning about money.
-Overall doing things I normally would've skipped, in order to develop a strong mind.

Within the next few days I will get my paycheck, I'm planning in investing into crypto for now, just to test out things, ofc, I will do my research as much as I can before, and my plan would be to start affiliate marketing. I know I have to be patient, I know I'll go through rough times, my mind wants to quit every second, but I'm tired of living a miserable life. This is the 4th day into it, quitting is not an option, I'm at my best right now and I wanna keep it this way, I will give you guys updates once a week,I'l do it on Saturday on Sunday, follow me along a life time journey.

You've done what few people admit they should be doing to improve their lives. You've taken the bull by the horns. Much respect dude. You're on the right path. Now, the secret is to maintain this lifestyle as much as possible, until you start doing it by habit. I'm on such a journey myself right now, trying to improve my overall persona. Good luck and keep going.

Seems like a well detailed self improvement plan! Good Luck! How long is your stay per cold shower session?

you have already failed, start small and keep progressing its the same thing In the gym you don't just pick up 30kg dumbells and start curling them you build up to them. This is a short term plan think of a long term plan.

if I can give you tips, start meditation 5 minutes before go to bed, that help to sleep in no time.

Looks like you're determined to start.

But please don't start with crypto, better go ahead with affiliate marketing, there are plenty of methods here that will give you more sustainable cashflow than crypto. You can always invest later when you have more sources of income.

Id like to write a longer reply but im tired. I see a lot of me from the past in what you wrote, the daily weed and all that. Alcoholic father being there but would have been better if he wasnt there.

Anyway you could always not make your bed and not clean your room and not read books and not cycle and not do anything other than work and chase that money 20/7.

Im not advising it, but it works.

If you want to invest in Crypto. do detailed research on NFT gaming. (axie infinity, Theta arena, PVU, etc) there are a lot life changing opportunity there.
just make sure do your research.

Hello guys, I want to thank you very much for all the comments, today I will give you the first update on my journey, I learned my first important lesson and I will also tell you about the plan I have as far as becoming successful, I am still doing everything I said I'm gonna do, I've always completed my list of tasks ever since I started, it becomes easier and easier, and I feel great, I'm learning how to control my mind and emotions and how to use them in my own advantage, I will tell you a story, 2 days ago one of my best friends asked me to hang out with him, he wanted to smoke a joint, I instantly refused him, told him I stopped doing it but I wanted to hang out still, and so I did, but I realized that it's actually a great opportunity to see if I'm as determined as I thought I was, I was afraid to smoke thinking that I'm not gonna do anymore what I said I ll do, so I decided to smoke that joint with him that night, I got high, went to his home, we smoked a hookah and watched soccer together, 5 minutes alone were enough for me to start doubting myself, I had 100 thoughts at once , like why I did it, what if I won't be able to keep my promise, what if I go back to that miserable life, that's when I learned my first lesson, I realized that I just gave my mind what it wanted, and now it was trying to make me quit by feeling weak, but it was just playing with me, that moment I realized what the mind was trying to do, is when everything has changed, I felt soo powerful, I stopped doubting myself, and I stopped thinking about me failing, it was actually funny for me , I left and I had to go home after a while, it was the coldest night so far, and all I was thinking is how the hell am I gonna take that cold shower once I get home, my mind tried it again, not only that the first thing I did once I got home is I took a cold shower, usually it lasts about 3 minutes, that night I did it for 10 FREAKING minutes or more, just to show myself how powerful I am, 5 minutes in, the water was still cold but it no longer bothered me, I felt like I could've sat there for half an hour if I wanted, and now whenever I fell down, I know its my mind that tries to run away from hard work, but I ain't that person anymore, taking the actual cold shower isn't as horrible as our mind wants us to think, even thought I am used to it, I still have thoughts about me struggling to do it, but that's when I actually go ahead and do it, the second my mind wants to run away from it, I do the opposite, jump in, and let it rain on me baby :)), Soooo, I'm still doing a lot of research, my plan for future is to actually develop a high skill income and then to invest a good amount of money that I'll be able to make in Bitcoin, Ethereum and NFTs, I know that a lot of people are not gonna feel like this is the best way to do it, but I'm only learning from quality people, people that are millionaire's that can retire whenever they want but still invest 20%-80% of their net worth in crypto currency, people that bring strong arguments and that changed the way I view everything about it, I learned about inflation, how I shouldn't keep my money in the bank nor cash because I'm only gonna lose their value and how investing is actually the best method of increasing your wealth, I will be patient, I will work as hard as I did up until now, and I'll show you guys that I have a bright future, I only have one day dedicated for this website, I don't wanna let myself distracted by anything so I can respond only once a week, also I don't get emotionally attacked by the comments, they can be good or bad, I just read them like I'm reading someone else's post, but deep inside, I appreciate anyone that took a bit of their time to leave a comment, my mind just goes crazy if I do that and I really don't want it to happen, next update will be most probably next Saturday as I have a day off.

Here's the plan I crafted to escape the matrix.

1. Easy freelance jobs for stable income.
2. Affiliate tricks used on social media to get bigger income.
3. Building personal brand to make it all last.
4. Making my own products that only I and only I own.

Wanna be a businessman? Work smart, not hard.
Every scenario can be hacked. Growth hacking is a real thing.

Build email lists and sell to those people. Have your own audience outside social media.
With call-center experience, get businessmen on the phone ASAP and sell your stuff.

Focus on essentials and basics in terms of learning new stuff. Don't forget to re-use whatever can be re-used. And so on.

Try to get less distracted with your overthinking of who you are, what you should be and so on.
If you can't stop overthinking, weed won't help. The worst drug for this handicap. Alcohol will wreck your life if you are drinking to cure overthinking.
There is a way out which is called therapy. Thinking is a good servant, but a bad master.

If you're still thinking about your friends, drug habits and alcohol - cut if off altogether.
Don't let other people take more than 2 or 3 days of your time in a month.
If you can't let it go, pay someone to help you let it go aka psychological therapy.
IME good habits won't replace bad habits. People, serious promises and awareness of consequences are more influential IME.

Meditation is supposed to make you rested and a little bit more focused.
You can meditate for 2 hours a day which is easy, but if you do too much, there are chances of getting hooked.
Many people dive deeper and start doing some drugs like LSD and come into a conclusion money makes no sense and is a trap.
Certainly it wouldn't help you make money. Also, be aware of idiots aka fake gurus in this sphere.
I'm saying this cause meditation oftentimes goes hand in hand with stuff like newage and nonsense beliefs (ie. law of attraction).

You want to be a millionaire. So focus on getting as much money as you can on whatever you're doing. Everything else is just life.
Dirty tricks are allowed as long as you don't hurt anyone in the process.

Btw, crypto seems to be more hazardous activity than investing in affiliate marketing websites (which are easy to make) for me, so...
Chances are one will get higher ROI on SEO than crypto, but I can be biased.

Good luck.
