I am in a situation similar to yours, I am also a military man and I know how much the military routine fucks our free time for IM ventures.
About the accounts, I advise you to create more accounts using this same proxy (I have already used 8 accounts on a single proxy without any problems, of course, each account acting on a specific schedule, never two or more at the same time). Why? First, because if your proxy are really from a good source, you don't need to worry. Second, because accounts are banned out of nowhere in instagram even though you're playing in the rules, it simply happens in this business. If you have 12363745 followers among just 5 accounts, when you lost one is like a punch on the stomach. Think about it.
Always create new accounts from time to time, in long term you will see that it was worth it.
