Hi to all,
I already tried to begin a journey but due to family health issues i had to give up.
This time I want to go to the end.

The purpose of posting my journey is to keep me motivated and to receive advice from all of you guys, much more experienced than me.
I will put all the details (nothing hidden and not worried if you try to copy me and be my competitor).

For now only adsense.

Starting with 8 posts already created earlier this year.

Visits -> 0
Facebook Fans -> 0
Earnings -> 0
Google Webmasters (With Web Filter only):
- Queries -> 4
- Impressions -> 10
- Clicks -> 1
Top 5 queries:
- ali sonoma pictures - 2 impressions - 1 Click - CTR: 50% - SERP: 120
- www mourinho news - 3 impressions - 0 Clicks - CTR: 0% - SERP: 18
- ali sonoma 2014 - 1 impression - 0 Clicks - CTR: 0% - SERP: 27

Google Adsense:
No Data!

Why would you post your keywords/niche?

I visited mourinho.net bro gotta edge out some of the things in the frontpage design
Looks a bit wobbly on my chrome.
I am curious how you will monetize this.
I ran a football website for a few years and franky barely made any adsense money in 3 years.

Never saw a journey explaining which niche or keywords or which web 2.0 were created, or which sites used for backlinking, etc etc.
Like i said, i don't care about getting competitors on this forum. That won't affect what i will do with my website and how it will do in the future.

Yes, mainly Jose Mourinho but i'll put general football news, not only about Jose Mourinho.

Well, this journey is also to prove if i can have a good CTR with this website as I have with others. I've read a lot and sometimes it's just a matter of ads positioning.
Although i have a low CPC on another website, i can get CTR betwen 10% and 25% with no black hat stuff. Lets see if I can replicate it.

Update:

Since yesterday i've created 5 posts (80 to 250 words each).
Created some amazon widgets.
Tuned my wordpress theme.
Created Twitter account.
Created Pinterest account.

- Going to set my wordpress plugin to automate submission of my posts to twitter and pinterest.
- Going to keep creating more football articles.

Visits -> 0 (only direct and 1 referral from this forum, can't really count as they are all BHW users)
Facebook Fans -> 0
Earnings -> 0

Looks like i'm on the first page in yahoo.com for the keyword mourinho.
That should mean something!

Maybe try to increase your words count, it doesn't need to be 5000 but 80 look like a way too less for me. Best luck

I will try to do my best. We are talking here about football news, which can be news like a player tranfer or a match result.

Been idle this weekend, migrating all my websites to a better VPS...
So much work and it's still not over.
Returnig to post updates tomorrow!

I'm slowly publishing new content as i'm still migrating websites to the new VPS.
