Maybe it's a bit late, but I managed to recover my files. I went with Bacloud and asked directly. The admin told me that I could get back my files if I hosted with them. Since I had no other choice, I acepted.
The only issue I had with them was with the nameservers. They were down for like 4 or 6 hours (The hosting was still online, but unreachable by domain name). I sent a ticket and they got it fixed in a few minutes (should have sent the ticket earlier).

For the people that are hosted in Letvia (wich are the most of their clients), BAcloud is not the datacenter that is providing the service to RMX unfortunately....
Its a cheap price to pay considering the circumstances.larrydetuvi

I guess only Shared3 was hosted on Bacloud then.
2nded - Anyone got an answer to this as I had 3 domains with them...how do we go about recovering them?
