Their Datacentre: Google "bacloud" will be the first one on the list.
There is a livesupport thing on there and they do actually respond.
He told me he was too busy to transer files at the moment but will work on it tomorrow.
If someone offers to pay for the server to be put back on for a little would be great.

BaCloud does accept hosting copyrighted content until takedown request, so RMX was not so offshore...
I just talked to bacloud and the server that i'm renting from RMXHost is not with them. I started digging further and i found the company that is facilitating them. I talked to them on the phone, very nice people, and i sent an email with the details after the phone call. They responded that from their side everything is ok and that they did not shut down RMXhost services. RMX itself did something and therefore we can't access the server. I emailed them back and if i have a reply i will let you people know.

I think bacloud only recover your files if you go with them for hosting afterwards (directly) which isnt such a bad thing tbh.
Why use RMX as a middleman when you can go straight to their datacentre for same price, I'm gonna get 5GB disk + Unlimited Bandwidth for like $3.37 (Business hosting)
This place is actually ran by people in Lithuania (offshore) not a bunch of tards from the UK who can't pay their bills on time.
And if you ever receive a DMCA report well a serious one, you'll get blacklisted from google anyways. And I'm sure they're not strict on DMCA as rmx never suspended anyone in all their time online (few years)

I was looking on Google, and something about RMX on bluehost came up, check the bluehost official website + transferred in list if you don't believe.

I really love his service , but recently there is many downtimes . Maybe there is a problem in datacenter , hope they fix it soon

And for the person who says BaCloud suspends your account, they will warn you before a suspension telling you to remove the bad content.
They said RMX has never had their hosting suspended for this or any reports received so I guess BaCloud could be a good choice of hosting.
