Rite what is going on with group posting restrictions

Wtf is facebook Doing I'm doing nothing on my account yet getting hit with posting and joining restrictions to groups which each day at random times keeps getting extended iv tried appealing it but I hear nowt back anyone any idea of what triggers this or how to stop it from extending I'm admin in a fair few groups but as I am restricted I haven't been actively posting lately and still get extentions?
