Risky to link a site with content locker in bio?

Hello BHW.

I have one of my accounts with about 40K followers that I want to start monetize with a new website and a contentlocker on it from OGmobi. The account is about 8 months old so I wonder if I am risking getting banned if I place my website with a contentlocker on it in my bio? What's your experience with it?

You always risk your account by adding a link with content locker, cpa, etc...

Just make sure you don't direct link to a ogmobi URL since it's blacklisted. Fortunately, I only had a warning from IG when I promoted them about a year ago.

Like the other posters have mentioned linking to a content locker is risky. Especially since the one you are thinking about using has been blacklisted. You can try masking the url but you still run the risk of getting banned. I believe there are some recent threads about various banning situations. I don't remember the details, but they might give you ideas regarding how to keep your account safe while you make money.

Yes it is fine, most people who are complaining are using spam accounts - but with an account like yours it will be be very unlikely to get banned(as I'm guessing it's aged and has a lot of activity over the months) if you use a LP -> Offer.

if you put the link in the bio you risk getting banned, I've heard of people using bit to shorten links but I've heard it worse, maybe just put the link on another account and shoutout that account to tell people to click?
