Risk to sell website?

Some one like to buy my site. The payment paypal. After the payment recevied i transfer the domain and the site for the buyer.
Any risk to sell site like this from my site? Like after the site transfered the buyer open claim with paypal. ( i have business account)

Yeah it could be pretty risky
u can easyly get scammed
Escrow works better than paypal in these cases.

Escrow the domain using Sedo escrow service. Much safer than Escrow.com as they act like a middle man holding both the domain and funds then process the exchange.
