A new journey for me, I will be brief as I need to work now.

It's been 5+ years that I do IM for a leaving, I had some success 2 years ago making 4-6k a month on affiliate marketing and SEO.

But I have made few bad decision:

First, I didn't reinvest enought time and money on IM when I was earning a lot, spend most of my time watching TV show and anime cause money was easy and consistent. After few months I've let some websites expired, didn't updated some good blog, lost a lot of traffic.

Secondly, I tried to change my earning method form affiliate to my own product. At this time my earning was more something like 1-3k a month. I created a product and spend a full year to finish it and push it online. And it was a sort of failure, not many sell, barely covers the cost of themes/hosting/marketing.

Last months my earning dropped again and is now not sufficiant to live. I took a job to cover my house renting and eat.

But the good thing is now I'm boosted like never! Doing a hard job to get just the money to pay the bills let me realize that doing IM is so "easy" and pay way better ! I have done it before, I can do it again ! I have more experience and will not do the same mistakes again (hopefully).

For the plan, I will not go into details right now, I will do it on future post.
My income source will be:
An ecommerce (started) and SEO
Affiliate websites (starting) and SEO
Affiliate youtube Channel

Questions and advices are welcome !

Goodluck op, you did it before, im sure you will be able to do it again!

Good luck with this.
It's easy to reach your comfort zone, then lose focus. You'd done this once though making money, so you can do it again.

Hey best of luck.Would love to know the details. I am planing to start my own journey as well. And Saitama will be back this year :D

Basically seo never change.

Good luck man, you can do it again.

Good luck buddy I want to see your success again ;)

Good luck on your journey. I want to see you succeed.

i think you by your failure you learnt a lesson--never slump and reinvest what you get in IM. am sure you will rise and get back on your feet again. all the best

This should be a lesson to everyone on here, it's easy to get comfortable once you've reached your goal but you still have to keep working to maintain your income.
I hope you reach your goal!

Hi , first of all im proud of you. Is never easy to be honest and open about yourself and your mistakes.

The willingness to accept responsiblity of how and why it happened to you will bring you one step closer to success. I too want you to succeed.

Do update us on your progress and if possible some tips along the way. Eager to learn too. Good luck!

Good luck, I'm looking forward to see how you rebuild!

Update 1:

Hello again!

What I have done theses days ?

Affiliate Website and youtube channel:

These 2 properties are complementary. I'll do review video and then create review post on the website, the goal is to rank for keywords on Youtube first, then rank on Google for the review theme and the video.

I have created the logo, the animated intro for the videos, created the YT channel, bought domain name and hosting, installed and designed the Wordpress theme.
On the same time I have created many excel sheet where I put my plan for future product review, all my affiliates logins. I also have created a video script that I will follow for each video.

Created a bonus product with a lot of value that will boost (I hope) my conversion rate.

So for now it been a lot of planning and put things together

Ecommerce:

Put the site from noindex to index on google. Didn't do much other things on this site. My plan for this one is to get few kw ranked and sell it on 2-3 months to get some funds to reinvest.

That's all for now, tomorrow I'll start to create reviews and video !

Have a nice evening BHW

Its a long way to go, these days any affiliate network is properly paying to the affiliates is the biggest question we need to ask. any way good luck for your aim. Nothing is impossible in this world.

Hey man, how is your journey going? (no updates since April 11...)
Also, given that you had to take a job, how many hours per week can you afford spending on your site work these days? And what techniques and tricks do you use to make sure you spend this time on proper work instead of procrastination?
