Ripped off by Tseng

Hey all,

I had hoped it wouldn't have come to this, yet his actions are loud and clear.

I recently paid Tseng for the creation of 10 articles after he assured me he could do the job and said it would be completed by Thursday 13th May 2010 (and no later)... Naturally accepting his word, I paid in full in advance via paypal.

Well needless to say, the 13th came and went and Tseng has continued to ignore my private messages asking for update status and I now discovered that he has also tried to screw over cdc515 (except lucky for cdc he was going to pay on completion).

Now more people are popping up in his "article writing service" thread asking where their articles are, so it would seem this is just the beginning of those being scammed.

I was taken last year in the clickbanger fraud and after finally decided to place some faith in bhw service providers once again, this happens.

Only this time I'm certainly going to make sure others know what is going on. If that means escalating this offline with his mother and the law, so be it. An example needs to be set... It's not the money so much as the damn principle.

If you're going to deal with this guy, by all means ask for the damn proof of product before parting with your hard earned cash!

Ellie, I have not been avoiding you. I simply did not send the rest of the order because you started a buyer dispute on PayPal, one in which I issued a full refund for even though you got partial order. I am in no debt to you, please stop tarnishing my reputation on the forums, please.

Also, for the record, I have never tried to screw over anyone on these boards. I admit I have been extremely busy as of late and did not come through with the order on the deadline that was negotiated. But you got all of your money back, so I don't see what the big issue is here? If I have wasted valuable time regarding your project I truly apologize, now can we all just get along here?

and a No! No! epecially one that is connected to his paypal account.
In the Uk you would be breaking the data protection act.

You tarnished your record by not replying to my requests for the order you promised would be completed by no later than the 13th of may. You made no attempt to contact me and tell me you were running behind schedule, nor did you even have the courtesy to reply to my requests.

I sent you two pm's on the 13th, one on the 15th and one on the 16th. After receiving NO reply or order, I then filed a paypal dispute on the 17th!

I saw how you had screwed cdc around and others popping up asking for their non-existant orders.

You've done more than tarnish your records pal... your actions have spoken.

It's funny how right people of this community were when they told me by filing this post here in this section, it would force resolution from you.

Disgusting that it should have taken this though.

Resolution from me was already taken when you got your money back in FULL.

@oxonbeef, I meant nothing by it other than to show the board that I did infact pay the man back. I removed the information.

@Ellie were you refunded your money or given your product ?

Yeah he just did it an hour ago according to paypal after the case was escalated (given he ignored replying to paypal for the duration).
