That's what I mean, if I can achieve getting the one single link de-raked by spamming then why not. It's already ranked #1 so it can't get much stronger than that.

I need a quick solution though. How can I piss Google off so they de-rank it immediately?
 
Hanh on.....if you have a 5k budget to get rid of this thing then why dont you just pay them to remove it ?

Thats really all they want anyway....Im not condoning paying off these scumlords but hey if its affecting you that bad get in touch with them and haggle them down to a few hundred bucks.

Look man, authority site doesn't mean you are protected and nothing can beat you now.It just goes by who is gaming them. What I am saying is that the page on which the ror was created would probably at max have a pr of 1(that too is rare) which means that the page isn't that strong to hold back the hundreds of thousands of backlinks we are going to spam the ror page with.
If you spam the same page with the same keyword with spammy backlinks, that too hundreds of thousands, google is definitely gonna get angry over it and maybe they wont de index it but they are sure going to teach the page a lesson by de ranking it. I have tested it on amazon and its working as a charm, I'm not giving the actual technique here as it would be crazy, although many would be knowing it already.

You indirectly mean to say that once you create a big authority site, you are free to spam the pages you want to rank for, with the keywords you want to rank for and you would be all good cause you are an authority now. Well, I surely wish that was the realty though, as I would be a serp spanker than.
 
Yes Netmoney I know about there stupid arbitration program. But I have read horror stories about it not working, ROR demanding more money and the "Original" author has to agree to it and come up with information supporting their case which most of the time they can also falsify.

It's a complete circle of "Nothing and Extortion"

I like Mission Impossible's way better. Google would have to penalize it. They would have no choice and I have nothing to lose since it's already ramked number ONE

Google have to comply with a court order so if you were in the right and won an injunction that page would be gone in 60 seconds.

Arbitration is probably the best way to go but it shouldnt have been too hard to bury the page especially as you have a budget. {your-name}. every possible TLD out there. Pay someone $30 a site to put up content,pictures and a video. Go again with 20 + web 2.0s. 25$ to 40$ a site basic seo would have them well ranked. In the last two weeks Ive hammered pinterest and now four of my boards are ranking page one for the term I'm after.

Im not saying its easy but if you have money to spend there are plenty of people that can help you.

you didn't read that page carefully. They clearly said that WHOLE report will NOT be removed even if that is a FALSE report. The URL and the page are PERMANENT:

They might correct some false statements on the report, but the page itself will still be intact, which mean it will continuously appear in SERP. OP's business will continuously affected negatively by that page.

An attorney is the way but that could take up to 8 months minimum for a court order.

It can be removed. BUT if the person has the funds just hire an attorney and let them handle it. RoR is a racket. Complete scam. Extortion at its finest. Get a blood thirsty attorney and let them go to town...
