RIP in peace Pofecker. My condolences to his family, especially his brother.

May I ask how did he die?

I do remember talking with him via PM quite some time ago.
Very nice man with a zest for life and helping people. He will be missed.

RIP bro.. The first BlackHat SEO articles I've read were from this guy several years ago.. And I had never stopped since then. Thank you for giving me the BlackHat vibe and also for teaching us the truth : no matter what script or soft you're using, WORK is the most important thing to succeed in business. Peace.

So sorry that I just found out about this, thanks to knopper's sig. I didn't know Pofecker personally, but he was one of the first members I looked up to when I joined BHW. I raise my glass to you bro, and hope you're in a better place.

We lost a great friend and forum member.
This place is full of greedy people and that's normal,
because the forum topic is "making money".
But when that happens and we lose a loved one,
we think about and understand that money is nothing!

Sounded like a really good guy. Obviously cared about his daughter and seemed to have a mature understanding that a work/life balance is necessary. From the sound of it, he was rich in loved ones, and with all the talk of making money around here, it seems like he's a good example of someone who remembered that a wealth of love and friendship in our lives is greater than all the financial wealth we could think to amass in our business ventures.

The board has lost a good admin, and just a good member in general. I'm thankful for the knowledge that he died with loved ones in his life. I hope that in the hereafter, that has brought him at least the smallest bit of comfort.

My heart grieves for the family left behind who must miss him terribly. BZ, my condolances to you, and my prayers will be with your family. You can count on it.

My deepest condolences for one of the biggest person in IM.
I hope everyone that is left by him will stand strong, especially his daughter
(I read it that he used to be a single father of a daughter)
