I had a heart attack 3 years ago, had bad chest pain so I told my wife, and she rushed me to the hospital which was about 2 miles away. Within 45 minutes I went through the ER, pre-op, and had 2 stents put in my right ventricle, and was in recovery.

Please take ANY heart pain seriously, part of your heart can die when deprived of oxygen, please, please, please get it checked out, I was only 42.

Do you know what was going through my mind when I was on my deck bent over in pain?

"This is temporary, it will go away, I'm only 42..."

Please, I implore you, get checked by a professional immediately, don't play around!

The worst thing that day was having to sit there while a dude shaved my junk so they could get to that artery if need be.... Freaking embarrassing!

I asked the guy if we should smoke a cigarette together afterwards, we had a good laugh...
