Just wanna share what happened to one of my friend today , Well he is just 29 years old and he died of heart attack today . He does not smoke or drink and he is very active in sport . Last night he had told his partner tat he feels bit pain in chest but he did not mind tat next morning he died .
I am very sorrowed by his loss and he is so young to die . He was my best buddy , Very hard to accept tat he was with me the last week now he is no more .
Now i started to get fear on myself now .
may your soul rest in peace buddy :(..

How come a person on 29 get heart attack hard to accept the truth . :(

Btw my father died having a heart attack when he was only 30 years old.

Did he have a stressful life or something? Stressful job? Short nights? Not enough resting?

Well he talked abt having problem with business last month but he was like happy last week when i talked with him :(

I also suffer a big loss (My grand mother and uncle both died in car accident) few days ago. RIP for your friend OP
 
Really sorry to hear of that. Its a big shock when someone that young suffers from something like that. There is nothing that can be said to make you feel any better I dont think. But its a lesson for everyone else - as Asif said it can happen to anyone so I guess we have to enjoy every day we are here.
