I am in the following situation:
I recently got hold of some nice PR4 and PR5 domains. I have all the transfer codes, at the moment they are still live and running tough. They all run wordpress but the guy that gave the domains to me, does not have any logins to them. As there is a bunch of content on these domains I would like to restore that content (besides OBL - as they were selling links) 1:1.
Now I am thinking on how to do it in the most simple way. This is what I had in mind:
1.) Use ZennoPoster to catch the content, download images and to restore (as I am no expert, I would take me some time but it would be possible)
2.) Save RSS Feed and Import into Wordpress (Don't know if this would keep the images and the URL structure + Categories)
3.) Set up dubdomains on another domain, Use WP-Robot to post RSS Feeds, Use BackupBuddy to clone the subdomains back to the original domain after the transfer is done. (I don't know if this would keep the orignial URL structure + categories)
Before I give any of these things a try I wanted to ask some experts around here if you have any better ideas on how to archive this task.
Thank you!
