RIP a calculator script

I want to get a calculator script for figuring your c*r*e*d*i*t scores after about 10 questions. It should estimate your score and give a 3 digit number...These are normally 2 page scripts in php. zz**ill*ow has one and some others as well..

I want it to be on a site. I couldn't find any fREE one or paid. I found a flash one but it is color coded for the site and I don't know how change graphics in a swf file.
