Hi do somebody know if i'm going to iframe ringtones sites will my cpa company get many complaints and close my account fast or is the risk small to get your account closed?

You will have to look at the terms of the ringtone offer itself. Sometimes, they say "iframes are ok" while others they're not... Check the campaign description or ask your account manager.
