What are the aff programs where I can promote ringtone offers. Apart from some cpa networks, are there any specific site which works with ringtones and I can get accepted into the program easily/instantly? Please help.

Believe me when I say this; Ringtone offers are dead. You won't make anything, or if you do, it won't be anywhere close to being worth your time. Almost everything is more profitable and better to promote than this. Ringtones and promoting them online is so 2005.

I agree largely, but phone apps are doing well for me. I content lock and have received submissions of offers worth above 20 USD for one cell phone app submit.

you are opting for a money making technique which is very much risky in production and promoting it, the idea's very good but the ways to promote it will be strict and you have to maintain a copywrited version of all the tones,internet, email samples are good methods to go ahead with.
