Ridiculous account suspension.

    Hey all. My adwords campaigns have been stopped for well over a year now, but just recently, I switched into valid payment information. Didn't even bother starting up those old campaigns again, just left them well enough alone. A few hours later, I get slapped with an AdWords suspension. Just before, mind you, JUST BEFORE I would launch what I felt would be a successful CPA campaign. I had done the research, I had talked with my AM, I was in the middle of making a landing page...but no. SLAP.

    Here are a couple of the E-mails I had gotten over it, first when they suspended me and their vague-as-all-hell reply after I asked them why. (Account number left out.)

    Google Adwords acting crazy. they have already sent me coupon code 4 times, finally i set up an account, played with it, got phone from local adwords authorities that they could help me. After 2 days, my account got suspended.

    Read their policies before start a campaign. They are strict on that. Think new method or use cloaking.

    Did you have all the old campaigns paused? Just because they are paused does not mean they are not subject to their terms. I found that out the hard way as well. Received warnings for ads that have been paused for months. I like keeping the history of old campaigns but I've found its just easier to delete it.
